On Sunday we went over to Jen and Davids to carve pumpkins.

Grams and PawPaw sent Redon a Dora table and chair set yesterday! She was so excited when she saw Dora. And loved reading her books at the table. She must have said Dora 50 times. Oh how she loves Dora.

What a day

This morning Redon was running around the condo. When all of a sudden she took off her diaper. On my way to get her I thought, "geez the biggest thing she can do is pee". Well I was wrong. She looked at me and pooped on the floor. What a morning.

Redon is 1 year old!!! YAY. Time sure has flown by.

Teeth

Yay! Redon has 7 teeth! One came in last night and another one a couple days ago. No wonder she has been fussy.

Redon's 1st Red Sox game!

Yesterday we took Redon to her 1st Red Sox game and she loved it. She cheered, yelled and really got into the game. Our fellow Red Sox fan Abe also joined us. Too bad Brandon was stuck in the middle of the Red Sox fans, but the Braves did try to win, minus the 2 balks. Here are some photos:

VBS

So we had VBS up at the Methodist Church this week. Redon loved playing with the babies, and I enjoyed getting to be a leader for the 4 year olds. Had a blast and got to meet lots of new people. But at the end of the week, Redon caught a small cold. So she got to hang out in the big kid room for the last day. She loved all the attention, and the music. Well one day to get better before the Red Sox vs. Braves game.

1st Father's Day!

Happy Father's day!! Today is Brandon's 1st.

Dixie died yesterday. She will be missed. She was wonderful. She was my cousins dog.

Braves Brick

Two christmas ago I gave Brandon a Braves brick. And we finally found it. It was next to Hank Aaron the whole time.

At the Pool

On Saturday we went to Tom and Gail's for a pool party.  Got to see Natalie who was in town from DC.  :)  Aunt Sarah took Redon swimming in the pool, while I played poker!  Redon is still tried from swimming.

Memorial Day Weekend!

For Memorial Day weekend, we went down to Florida to see my family!  Mom and Dad where there along with Grandma, Uncle Truett, Jackie, Trey, Linda, Trevor and Hunter!  And we had a blast.  It rained for part of the time, but that just created some good old fashion chit-chat time. We celebrated Hunter's 4th birthday and Uncle Truett cooked a low country boil for us.  It was amazing, as always.  He is a great cook. We played some skee-ball and hit at the batting cages.  When the sun showed up, we grabbed a snack at Pineapple Willy's. The beach was packed with people!  But then it was time to go!  Had a blast, can't wait to get back down to Florida.

10 Months!!!

Leaving for the Beach!

Well, this morning I am getting packed for us to head to the beach.  We leave after work.  We should have a fun weekend, but it is suppose to rain.  So we will have to do inside activities, like shopping, or skee-ball.  And we get to celebrate Hunter's birthday.  He is turning 4.

So I noticed that I haven't been writing lately.  Opps!  Hoping later today I can put up some photos.  Also, today is Redon's 10 months!  Planning on putting up a photo too.

4 Teeth!

Redon has 4 teeth.  The top 2 have came in.  We can see 2 more on top just waiting.

Grandparents in from Bham!

On Saturday, Grandma Karen and Grandpa Ken came up to visit.  It was great to see them.  We had a nice relaxing day and ate some good food.  Redon got an adorable outfit too! And Grandma Karen read Redon's favorite book!

Inman Park Parade!!

Saturday was the Inman Park Parade.  We were Vikings!

We were all dressed up.  I made Redon a Viking hat so that she didn't feel left out!  She looked adorable.  The hat never seemed to bother her, but she was so busy standing up and looking at all the people.

During the parade Redon fell asleep.  Even with all the noise and movement.

But by the end she was awake and getting into the spirit!

Doctor's visit!

This morning Redon when to the doctor for her 9 month check-up!

She is 18 lb. 9 oz.

27 3/4 inch tall.

and doing great!

Disaster stuck.

Not 15 min after Brandon left, Redon fell into a chair.  Resulting in a bruise. Yikes!! We have pictures tomorrow.  I hope it can be photo shopped out.

Redon is 9 months!!

YAY! Redon has made it to be 9 months old!  This morning Brandon and I woke up and celebrated by giving Redon a gift (we had been holding on to if for a special occasion).  She loved it!  

Dying Easter Eggs!

Today, Nana came over and we dyed easter eggs.  Redon loved watching from her highchair.

Redon is trying to crawling!

YAY!  Redon started crawling this morning!  Well kind of crawling.  She uses 2 hands, 1 knee and 1 foot.  It is funny to watch. In the first few seconds of the video she uses her foot.  I figure either she will get a hang of crawling with both knees or she will just start walking.  We shall see!!

Trip to Bham!

On Saturday we made a trip to Birmingham to take Dyna to see Arthur.  Were she received an excellent report!  Then over to Joyce and Arthur's where there we got to see Joyce, Dayna, Jeremy, Arthur, and the puppies.   Then we headed over to see Grandma Karen and Grandpa Ken. We got to celebrate Easter and Birthday early.  Had a wonderful weekend.  Can't wait to go back and visit.

It's a First!

Last night Redon was playing in her play area.  One minute I looked over she was playing nicely on the floor.  The next thing I know she is talking (in her way) to Brandon and I.  When we look over.... Redon has pulled herself up to standing.  YAY!  

What at Ham!

The other week, Redon and I went to visit Richard and Robin at work.  While we were there Redon was sitting on the couch.  This is how she reacted.....  Dont know if it was the camera, the leather couch, or just seeing Richard!!  But boy is she a ham.  Who needs glamor shots, Redon does it naturally.
